Product sourcing is for buyers who already know what they need — or at least the performance, standard or brand they must meet — and want a Vienna-based desk to search origin markets in a structured way.
We do not publish a shop or a public catalogue. Each request becomes a Trade Desk file: destination market, quantity band, specifications, preferred origin and the certificates the buyer’s market will actually ask for.
Who this is for
- Importers and distributors looking for a named product, brand or a documented equivalent
- Industrial buyers specifying machines, components or production inputs
- Project teams that must record origin and compliance from the first conversation
What we typically need
The more precise the brief, the faster the file moves. Useful inputs include destination country, quantity or annual volume, drawings or spec sheets, required certificates, preferred origin, Incoterms if known, and the timing you are working to.
How we work
You open a buy-side request. We classify the goods and the corridor, review whether the transaction is permitted, and collect missing facts before we approach manufacturers or suppliers. You receive a tracking code so the conversation stays on one file.
Restricted goods, sanctioned parties and unclear counterparties are declined. If the brief is too thin to work, we tell you what is missing instead of sending a generic brochure.
